Overview

This is an important Tab, and brings together many of the Individual Transactions that have been recorded, and and how they affect the various T-Accounts for each of the separate Accounts shown.

These T-Accounts are needed to ensure that the ‘Profit & Loss’ Report, and ‘Balance Sheet’ Reports, show the correct figures. It is from this page, that these Financial Reports get most of their figures from.

• The Financial Data is pulled in from the various Source Input sheets from across the WorkBook, such as the ‘Monthly Transaction’ Tabs, the ‘Payroll’ Tab, and the ‘Fixed Asset’ Tab.

• Any Opening Balances (e.g. from the previous year), should be entered into the Yellow Pastel coloured cells, in the ‘JAN’ column, like shown in the above picture.
